Annual Giving

Annual Giving provides video and mail services to departments who wish to communicate to their alumni, donors, and friends.
* ThankView is a video email platform that you can use to collect or send videos via email and customize a call to action button that takes your recipients to any landing page you choose (website, giving page, social media, etc.). Analytics after the email will show how recipients interacted with the platform.
* Annual Giving works with on and off-campus partners to create custom direct mail pieces with variable data, QR codes, giving links, and quality design work that alumni, donors, and friends are familiar with.

This service is for "Break Fix " issues with Blackbaud ONLY - Access requests should go through Advancement.

In March 2025, CMU transitioned from Millennium to Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT for Donor and Donation management.

Raiser's Edge General Request

This service is dedicated to addressing general inquiries related specifically to Raiser's Edge.
