This is the shared application for student employees within the Office of Information Technology. It will ask you various questions gauging your overall level of technical knowledge and relationship to the university.

Students currently enrolled in active courses and current employees can request to install and run SPSS on their personal devices at no cost. SPSS Authorization Codes must be requested and renewed annually.

Do you need help? Request help with (or report problems about) CMU equipment here. These requests will be routed directly to the assigned techs that support your department.

Office 365 is a service that offers access to the most recent web version of Microsoft Office, as well as other Microsoft applications.

Request CMU assets, devices, and equipment be physically moved from one location to another, or prepared for salvage.


CMU utilizes Microsoft Office 365 for Alumni email and calendaring


Academic advisors may initiate competency status override requests as warranted by professional judgment.
This request does not remove the missing competency status. The Registrar’s Office will support the student and register them for the courses listed below.


Exception or vendor accounts can be created upon request to be used by external-to-CMU users when normal guest accounts will not suffice.

Faculty and staff can request assistance with CMU’s recruitment CRM system. Common requests include adding/removing a user, building queries and reports, and creating a registration form for a recruiting event.


CoursePro service is available to support faculty developing or revising online courses with Bb-specific production tasks. CoursePro can also assist faculty with select Bb-specific functions in their teaching shells.
