General Information
To ensure university data protection and business continuity, only technical support teams may submit moving requests to University Stores for technology assets. Click the Request Assistance button to engage your assigned techs for moving devices physically from one location to another (cubicle to cubicle, office to office, building to building, etc.).
This form can also be used to request erasure of university data prior to submitting technology for salvage.
Eligibility
Primarily all current faculty, staff, and student employees.
Cost
Generally, there is currently no charge for this service. However, additional costs may apply under special circumstances.
