General Information
Shared mailboxes (formerly logon-by accounts) allow for several people to access, and send email on-behalf of a shared email address. These mailboxes are utilized by colleges, departments, and RSOs throughout campus. Access to shared mailbox is determined by a user’s membership in a security group assigned.
Resource mailboxes are specially tailored for rooms and equipment so that these resources can be scheduled for use in the Calendar. Delegation of these resources can be assigned to an employee or configured to auto-accept requests.

Eligibility
All staff and faculty - requires a Global ID and password to access.
