After updating Perceptive Content on 11/27/2023 we had some scan stations that could not log into Perceptive Content.

After updating Perceptive Content on 11/27/2023 we had a few calls from end-users who stated they could no longer send a Perceptive Content document as an attachment in an email when they selected "Single PDF".
The default view in Perceptive Content does not include "Actions" or "Properties".
We suggest BOTH be enabled in the "View" menu for best practice use of Perceptive Content.
This must be done separately for "Documents" and "Workflow".
Application plans are used while adding files to Perceptive Content.
They set the "index" values categories, the draws, and the proper list of document types.
