Perceptive Content Fails to Email a document as a Single PDF Attachment

After updating Perceptive Content on 11/27/2023 we had a few calls from end-users who stated they could no longer send a Perceptive Content document as an attachment in an email when they selected "Single PDF".

Resolution 

  1. In Start or Search, locate Apps and Features. 

  1. Select Adobe Acrobat Reader. 

  1. Select Modify. 

  1. Select Repair Installation. 

  1. Select Next. 

  1. Wait for it to finish then select Next.
