AD3PT Print Request

General Information

The AD3PT Center at Central Michigan University is a 3D printing service provided by The Department of Art & Design and funded with the help of a GoGrant awarded from the Central Michigan University's President/Provost Office.

The AD3PT Center uses Bambu X1E printers and Makerbot Z18s printers to print PLA and PLA-CF plastic objects. We also offer resin printing using FormLabs 3 printers.

Printing sizes:
Bambu X1E can print up to 256 x 256 x 256 mm (10 x 10 x 10 inches)
Makerbot Z18 can print up to 298 x 298mm x 451mm (11.75 x 11.75 x 17.75 inches)
Form 3 can print up to 145 x 145 x 185 mm (5.7 x 5.7 x 7.3 inches)

We prefer .stl files. The Bambu printers will also accept .3mf files if you'd like multi-color printing.

If you are an advanced user you may request the settings you would prefer.
