General Information
IT provides the support for Advancement's Annual Fund telefund/phoneathon web service called Engage (formerly Campus Call) from Ruffalo Noel Levitz, LLC. (RNL). The RNL Engage cloud platform provides not only automated, outbound, calling services (via Secure VoIP) but also Text messaging and Email for fundraising purposes.
This Incident form should only be used when there's an issue with RNL Engage. Data Requests for RNL Engage data should be sent to the "Reporting and Data Services" service request (choosing "Advancement" as the data source).
