CampusNexus Succeed Technical Support

General Information

The Succeed Customer Relationship Management system, sometimes referred to as CampusNexus Engage CRM, is CMU’s primary system for student case management used by advisors and success coaches. Students will also use Succeed to review their to-do items and action plans, schedule appointments with a success coach or advisor, and view their CMU Success Network.

There is currently no charge to request support related to CRM; however, charges may apply for data integrations, enhancements, new features, or other development work.
