The Succeed CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system is CMU’s primary system for student case management. Student support teams use the system to manage, share, and automate communications. Automated tools and workflows are designed to provide a holistic view of student engagement and increase efficiency in processes designed to encourage student retention.
