General Information
The Engage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is CMU’s primary system for student case management used by advisors and success coaches. Students will also use Engage CRM to review their to-do items and action plans, schedule appointments with a success coach or advisor, and view their CMU Success Network.

All staff.
Cost
There is currently no charge to request support related to CRM; however, charges may apply for data integrations, enhancements, new features, or other development work.
