Resource Room Calendar New Account or Change Request

General Information

Office 365 has mailboxes specially tailored for rooms and equipment so that these resources can be scheduled for use in the Calendar. Delegation of these resources can be assigned to an employee or configured to auto accept bookings.

To request a new resource room account, fill out the Logon-by (Department, RSO, or Resource/Room) Account Request form.

To request a change, or report a problem with an existing Resource Room Calendar Account, click the Request Assistance button.

Eligibility

All staff and faculty - requires a Global ID and password to access.

Cost

There is currently no charge for this service.
