General Information
As you or your department need to move or add phones/fax machines, or make changes to the way your devices are configured, the Telecom group will take care of your request. This includes personnel changes to reconfigure voicemail, as Unified Messaging will continue to send voicemail as email to the configured user. While some phone moves may be achievable on your own, it is important to notify the Telecom department to update location information for emergency responders (E911).
Eligibility
Academic/Administrative offices are eligible for this service.
