General Information
Request support from Healthcare IT for requests that contain ePHI. The CMU Healthcare IT team directly supports our CMU faculty, staff, and students utilizing ePHI in their daily work. Requests include billing and revenue questions, patient chart adjustments, documentation and scanning corrections, etc. All requests entered must contain ePHI (HIPAA data).
