General Information
Epic Systems is, and continues to expand to be, the single HIPAA-secured Electronic Medical Record system for CMU's clinical offices. Our instance of Epic is hosted and maintained by Covenant Healthcare. While the CMU Healthcare IT team provides direct support for our CMU faculty, staff, and students utilizing Epic, there are services that must be requested directly by the eCovenant team. Please use the Request Service link to be sent directly to eCovenant's IT service catalog. Common services from eCovenant IT include:

- Revenue Cycle Changes
- Patient Chart
- Insurance Plan Changes
- Documentation
- Scanned Document Issue

Eligibility
All CMU Epic Systems users, students, faculty, and staff with Covenant Healthcare Epic User IDs. Authentication is required to submit Service Request.
