General Information
Available exclusively to our on-campus residents, our team provides wired and wireless network connectivity and troubleshooting free of charge. ResNet does not physically dispatch unless it is both required and unreasonable to attempt troubleshooting remotely -- typically, for large TVs and similar devices.

All Residential Services are provided for free courtesy of CMU's Residence Life program.
