This form is for reporting Mass Adds, Drops, or Moving Sections of Courses. This will automatically create an identical Ticket for OSFA.
This is not for students to file.
Please be advised that if the mass move occurs after the class has started, any work submitted in Blackboard prior to the move may be impacted. Contact CIS with questions at 989-774-3615.
