General Information
Students needing to change their graduation ceremony date or time can file this form to request an exception.
Commencement Participation Change Requests go through a validation process in the Registrar's Office before being vetted by the Commencement Office.
That process will happen about one month prior to the next commencement ceremony.
Eligibility
All Students who have a scheduled graduation or commencement ceremony date and time.
Cost
There is currently no charge for this service.
