Webex Meeting Suite provides a comprehensive virtual meeting experience, enabling participants to collaborate through screen sharing, file sharing, voice, and video. The suite includes Webex Meetings and Webinars along with the ability to record sessions. Webex Assistant is also included to enhance meetings with AI-powered features such as real-time transcription, note taking, and action item tracking.

Eligibility
The Webex Meeting Suite is available for academic purposes to faculty and staff members, and students by exception.

Approved requests will be reviewed at the end of each academic semester for usage and may be moved to a Basic Meetings license.
Cost
Webex Meeting Suite account use is available at no charge to current faculty, staff, and students.
