General Information

Microsoft offers a variety of license types to higher education customers, and they are assigned to CMU users based upon policies and the workplace duties and needs of employee groups and individual users. Based on your role at CMU, you were not initially assigned the enhanced license, so your request for it in the past was considered an exception.

To help manage costs for the university, enhanced licenses are bring reviewed annually. If you have received a link to this form, you have been asked to confirm that you still require access to your enhanced license.

By submitting this form, you are confirming that you actively use your enhanced license to carry out your duties at CMU. Upon approval, your license will be renewed for one year.

Please keep in mind: Enhanced licenses carry a significant cost to CMU. We ask that you only submit this renewal if you are actively using the enhanced features as part of your regular work responsibilities.
