General Information
This service is designed to streamline how in-person training attendance is captured and delivered to IT for bulk import into SuccessFactors LMS. SuccessFactors LMS is CMU’s campus-wide system for managing and delivering non-academic training, and many departments run in-person sessions whose attendance must be tracked so learners receive credit. By submitting a MS Forms Excel (.csv or .xlsx) attendance export and the exact courses ItemID name, SuccessFactors Course administrators enable IT to validate and import attendee learning history records quickly and consistently.
