Need help using iClicker, eMedley, VidaNova, or ProgressIQ? CMED OME Academic Systems Support provides assistance with these core educational systems so you can focus on teaching and learning. Use the Academic Systems Support button to report a problem, ask a “how do I…?” question, or request setup, training, or access for any of these tools.
To help resolve your request as quickly as possible, include as many details as you can, such as screenshots or exact error messages, screen recordings, and any steps you have already tried. Clear, specific information helps the CMED OME academic systems team diagnose and address issues more efficiently.
Eligibility
This service is available to CMED faculty, staff, and students who use iClicker, eMedley, VidaNova, or ProgressIQ as part of the medical education program.
Cost
There is currently no charge for academic systems support provided through CMED OME Academic Systems Support; however, additional costs may apply in rare cases where new licenses, add-on features, or upgraded services are requested.
