General Information
The AD3PT Center at Central Michigan University offers 3D printing services to all current students, faculty, and staff. Operated by the Department of Art & Design, the center is funded by a GoGrant from the President/Provost Office.
Services & Equipment:
• PLA Printing: Bambu X1E (up to 9.75 x 9.75 x 9.75 inches / 247.65 x 247.65 x 247.65 mm)
• Resin Printing: FormLabs 3 (up to 5.7 x 5.7 x 7.3 inches / 144.78 x 144.78 x 185.42 mm)
File Requirements:
We prefer .stl files, but Bambu printers also accept .3mf files for custom setups. Our machines use .4mm hotends and feature AMS units for multi-color printing (up to 4 colors).

All current students, faculty, and staff.
Cost
Pricing:
• PLA: 10¢ per gram
• Resin: 20¢ per mL
All printing costs are sent for your approval prior to printing and billed directly to your CMU account.
