RSA is the MFA tool used by Covenant Healthcare for Epic. The Covenant help desk (989-583-6014) should be the primary contact for any issues.
To manage devices:
- Install the RSA Secure Authenticate App on your phone.
- go to https://chs-mi.auth.securid.com/mypage
- Login with your email address and password and enroll your device.

Initial enrollment must be done while the user is in a secure geographic region. If the user is not within an identified secure region or their device isn't sharing geographic data, they must contact Covenant to get RSA activated.
