EPIC: RSA MFA

RSA is the Multi-Factor Authentication tool used by Covenant Healthcare for access to Epic when users are outside predefined geographic regions.

RSA is the MFA tool used by Covenant Healthcare for Epic. The Covenant help desk (989-583-6014) should be the primary contact for any issues.

 

To manage devices:

1. Install the RSA Secure Authenticate App on your phone.
2. go to https://chs-mi.auth.securid.com/mypage
3. Login with your email address and password and enroll your device.
   user id is userid@intra.chs-mi.com  (p123@intra.chs-mi.com, CMU123@intra.chs-mi.com)

Initial enrollment must be done while the user is in a secure geographic region. If the user is not within an identified secure region or their device isn't sharing geographic data, they must contact Covenant to get RSA activated.
