GoReact

GoReact is a tool added to Blackboard that provides students a way to upload a recorded video of themselves completing a task for the instructor to view the video and provide time-stamped feedback and a grade. It is a tool for remotely teaching American Sign Language (ASL), public speaking, completing teacher prep observations or therapy training. Students typically pay a fee per course for the use of GoReact in a course.

Instructors are responsible for obtaining training in the use of GoReact in their courses from GoReact representatives. This includes securing pricing for use of the product in their course.

GoReact Grades Not Sending To Blackboard Grade Center

From the GoReact platform, if the below message is received indicating a score awarded to a student's video in GoReact could not be passed to the Blackboard Grade Center, it is an indication that Enable Evaluation is set to No or Enable Evaluation was set to Yes after student submissions were made.

GoReact Unable to Send Score to Bb Grade Center

For scores in which the above message was received, the instructor will need to manually record the score in the Blackboard Grade Center. It may be helpful to extract all the GoReact assignment scores into a report by clicking on the 3 dots in the upper corner then selecting View Assignment Report then exporting that to a CSV file.
