Active/Recent System-Wide Hot Ticket Issues

The message queue is holding emails on CAS 1 and CAS 2, unable to send them to Office365 for processing. Emails being sent to (non O365) and are not currently being delivered. Specifically, reports are coming in related to scanner emails not being received; Applications and scripts that point at the urls; We've rebooted CAS1, it is back up. We are in the process of rebooting CAS2, it is back up. Updates will be added as we determine additional impact/root cause/next steps.
Bill payment through QuikPAY is not possible at this time. Account details are also inaccessible. When QuikPAY is accessed, an error displays: "Payment Not Allowed Sorry, payment option is not allowed at this moment." Caitlyn reported the issue via emergency page to the Help Desk. She reported she had already engaged QuikPAY support and they indicated things were OK on their end, and indicated it was possible that the issue was on CMU's end. She reported the issue was first noticed around 8AM.
