What technology requirements are necessary?
The content is available on a web-based platform, allowing users to conveniently access the content from any mobile device, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer. Simply ensure you have a stable internet connection and a modern web browser to get started.
When will I have access to the training materials?
Access to the training material should be immediate. However, depending on internet connectivity there may be a delay. If you run into an issue, please reach out to

How long will I have access?
Access will end within 30 days after the completion of the training. Please reach out to

Can I export my course content/materials?
The ability to download content/materials will depend on the course. If there is access to content that you are unable to export, please reach out to the instructor or reach out to

Are there any prerequisites prior to enrolling in the experience?
Unless otherwise indicated on the course there are no prerequisites required prior to enrolling in an experience.
What will I receive upon completion of the course?
After the successful completion of a course, you will receive a verifiable certificate. This means your certificate will be a tamper-evident credential that has authorship that can be cryptographically verified.
