About the course

  • How can I contact my instructor?
    • Once you have registered for a course, the instructor’s contact information is available to you through the course materials. If you still have questions, please reach out to pd@cmich.edu and we will assist you.
       
  • How can I get in touch with customer support if I run into issues throughout the course?
    • Please reach out to pd@cmich.edu and we will assist you.
       
  • I submitted an assignment when will I receive a grade?
    • Most assessments are automatically scored. If there is an assignment that may need manual grading, the instructor will share expectations on when to expect assignments to be graded in the course outline. If you still have questions, please reach out to pd@cmich.edu and we will assist you.
       
  • I am having a general issue with a course (submitting assignments, posting discussions, etc.), who do I reach out to for support?
    • Please reach out to pd@cmich.edu and we will assist you.
       
  • What technology requirements are necessary?
    • The content is available on a web-based platform, allowing users to conveniently access the content from any mobile device, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer. Simply ensure you have a stable internet connection and a modern web browser to get started.
       
  • When will I have access to the training materials?
    • Access to the training material should be immediate. However, depending on internet connectivity there may be a delay. If you run into an issue, please reach out to pd@cmich.edu.
       
  • How long will I have access?
    • Access will end within 30 days after the completion of the training. Please reach out to pd@cmich.edu if you have questions or need additional access.
       
  • What should I do if I need an extension?
    • Please reach out to pd@cmich.edu and we will assist you.
       
  • Can I export my course content/materials?
    • The ability to download content/materials will depend on the course. If there is access to content that you are unable to export, please reach out to the instructor or reach out to pd@cmich.edu for assistance.
       
  • Are there any prerequisites prior to enrolling in the experience?
    • Unless otherwise indicated on the course there are no prerequisites required prior to enrolling in an experience.
       
  • What will I receive upon completion of the course?
    • After the successful completion of a course, you will receive a verifiable certificate. This means your certificate will be a tamper-evident credential that has authorship that can be cryptographically verified.


About payment

  • We would like to make a bulk purchase. Who can I reach out to?
    • Please reach out to pd@cmich.edu and we will assist you.
       
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    • We currently accept payment through PayPal. If you are a student, faculty, or staff member at the university and would like the charge to be added to your account, please reach out to pd@cmich.edu and we will assist you.
       
  • My payment went through, but I was charged incorrectly.
    • Please reach out to pd@cmich.edu and we will assist you.
       
  • What is your refund policy?
    • Refunds must be requested within 24 hours of registration, and you must not have completed more than ¼ of the content.
       
  • How do I request a refund?
    • Please reach out to pd@cmich.edu and we will assist you.
       
  • Can I CMU tuition waiver to apply for these experiences?
    • Not at this time, but we’re exploring that option. Stay tuned.
       
  • Are there any discounts available for group registrations?
    • Depending on the size of the group, we are willing to consider a discount. Please reach out to pd@cmich.edu and we will assist you.
       
  • Is there financial assistance or scholarships available for those who may need assistance?
    • Not at this time, but we’re exploring that option. Stay tuned.
       
  • About how long does it take you to process a refund?
    • In general, learners can expect their refund be processed within 2-3 days after the request for a refund has been approved.
