Content Search
It is sometimes difficult to remember the location of an item within a course. The Content Search feature allows users (both faculty and students) to search course content titles to find the item on the course content page. NOTE: The Content Search feature does not search for the keyword entered on verbiage within content items -- it only searches for the keyword in the title of the content item.
The course search icon, a magnifying glass, is easy to find on the Course Content page underneath Student Preview.
When a user types a few letters, the course search function displays a list of matching items by title.
A user may expand the search results by clicking on "Show all item results" to view more information related to the course item(s).
