Perceptive Content: Permission Group Naming Conventions

Group Suffix Explanation of Permissions
Annot-Create Annot-Create users can apply annotations to a document. The annotations able to be applied vary by the group.
Annot-Modify Annot-Modify users can create new or modify existing annotations to a document. The annotations able to be applied vary by the group.
eForm-Create eForm users are able to create one of the customized eForm doc types that exist inside Perceptive Content. This functionality applies to explicit types of documents that have been custom created by the OIT administrators.
eForm-Modify eForm users are able to modify one of the customized eForm doc types that exist inside Perceptive Content.
eForm-View eForm users are able to view one of the customized eForm doc types that exist inside Perceptive Content.
Print Print users can take documents outside of Perceptive Content, by printing the document to paper, exporting the file, copying it to the clipboard, saving a local copy, or emailing it as an attachment.
Scan Scan users have the ability to scan and index documents into Perceptive Content, including modifying properties and notes, reordering documents, and performing batch processing.
Update Update users have full permissions over documents, including the ability to scan, modify properties, or delete documents.
View View users only have the ability to open and search for documents. They cannot modify any documents or document properties.
WF Workflow (WF) users are users of specifically defined workflow queues. Typical workflow group names include the workflow process and/or queues affected.
