Perceptive Content: Linking from SAP

  1. Find the information that you wish to link from SAP into ImageNow

NOTE: Be sure that all required fields are filled.


 
  1. Click the drop-down arrow next to Capture, and select Import from disk - Batch Mode

 
  1. Select the file that you wish to import into Perceptive Content

 
  1. Go into Batches on the ImageNow toolbar and select the file you just imported into ImageNow

 
  1. Once opened, verify that everything is correct and click Mark page as OK

 
  1. Once the page closes, re-open the document
     
  2. On the right side of the window, select your appropriate project, which should have SAP at the end of the name

NOTE: Your corresponding SAP page should be open for this step.

  1. Your corresponding information from SAP should appear in the right-hand column. If you change the information in SAP while this window is open, click the Link this page icon

 
  1. When all information appears to be correct, click the Save this page icon, located under the Link this page icon
