Active/Recent System-Wide Hot Ticket Issues

After OS patching the oc-profed-db database server started having issues. All legacy global campus applications (including scheduling, third party, SBT, etc.) are affected. This also appears to potentially be affecting ETL processes to CRM (more research needed). ** ORIGINAL INFO ** FC Scheduling Application is offline after patches. The Web server does not appear to be able to authenticate to the database server using the network service.
The SAP PRD server is unavailable. As a result, web services that rely on SAP connections (including general login to may be affected. One possible workaround is to attempt to access services directly. For instance, Blackboard can still be reached directly at, but NOT by logging into and clicking on the Bb logo in the top navigation menu. We do not have an estimate when we can expect services to be restored at this time.
