Perceptive Content: Experience - How to Find Folders using Perceptive Content's Web-App Experience

Searching for Folders

  1. Log into Experience on any browser: https://imaging.cmich.edu/experience/#login

 

NOTE: While using Experience, do not use the browser’s Back icon. Instead, use the Experience Back button.


 

The home page should look like this:


 

If it doesn’t look like this, click on the H in the top left corner.


 
  1. From the Home Page, select Documents

 
  1. Select a Folder-View. You should see a list of your Folders (just like the client) on the left side of the browser window

 
  1. Select a Folder Type then click the + Sign (if you hover over it Add Constraint should display) after clicking add a Constraint

 

 
  1. In this example, I used the defaults Normal Constraint, Name, Starts With, and entered daugh. Hitting the Enter key will allow you to add another Constraint. To get your results, click the blue Search button on the far right side

 
  1. If needed, you can add more Constraints there are many options in the Drop-Down Lists

 

You can double click and open any Folder. The basic Folder View, much like the client will display.

By default, you will see a list of documents on the left side (listed as shortcuts). The information about each document is in the Center Section. The Folder Indexing and Custom Properties are on the far right.
