Perceptive Content: Set Up a Personal (Private) Filter

From the ImageNow Toolbar, click Documents. This will launch the Content Explorer.

 

This will display all the Views you have access to. You can select a View you want to create a private filter in or you can select a Public Filter, then create a private filter based on its current settings.

In the example below, the View is FAS-AP-PO_INV and it has three Public Filters.

 

When you click the create private filter icon you will be asked to name it.

 

You can edit the name or delete the Private Filer by selecting the edit [private filter icon. If you're creating the Private Filter form the View level you will need to set the search criteria.

If you're creating the Private Filter from an existing Public Filter the search criteria can be changed but it will initially be set in your Private Filter.

 

You can adjust how te search prompts you, and how the columns are displayed. When you're done it will display in alpha order in the filter list.

NOTE: You must select the filter icon again and save the changes after editing.
