General Information
IT supports an on-premise installation of Millennium from Community Brands Intermediate, LLC. (formerly Abila and Sage Solutions). Millennium is the Donor Management Solution for CMU and is the system of record for all Alumni and Donor data as well as Emeriti records.
This Incident form should only be used when there's an issue with Millennium. Data Requests for Millennium data should be sent to the "Reporting and Data Services" service request (choosing "Advancement" as the data source).
