CMU's Healthcare IT team provides direct support to our CMU faculty, staff, and students utilizing Epic, and the related systems that support patient care delivery. Please use this form to request technical support for malfunctioning clinical software or hardware.
Eligibility
All CMU Health/patient care users, students, faculty, and staff.
Cost
Technical support services are provided at no cost. Projects and other enhancement requests may require time and material charges, depending on feasibility.
