General Information
SAP is an enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and related enterprise applications. SAP enables CMU’s business processes including accounting, human resources, student information system, facilities management, budgeting, planning, and purchasing functions in an integrated environment. A unique user id and password is required to login to the system. Users must have the SAP GUI installed prior to logging on to the system. Click the Request Account/Change button to begin the process of provisioning access to the system.
Eligibility
All regular staff and faculty with a current HR assignment, with supervisor approval. Additionally, some student and/or temp staff employees with a current HR assignment, with supervisor approval.
Under special circumstances non-CMU employees are allowed access for a specified period of time. This is generally for CMU business partners and/or consultants. Additional approvals and documentation are typically needed for this.
