Summary
The default view in Perceptive Content does not include "Actions" or "Properties".
We suggest BOTH be enabled in the "View" menu for best practice use of Perceptive Content.
This must be done separately for "Documents" and "Workflow".
Body
After a new Perceptive Content client is installed end-users will need to reset their "Default View" to include "Properties" and "Actions"
From the Perceptive Content. Toolbar > Select "Documents" and a "Filter" (if needed) to simply Open a Document.
If you do NOT see "Actions' and "Properties" we suggest you "turn them on".

With a document open, use the "View" drop down menu to select both (one at a time).
You will know they are added when you see the check mark next to them.

You will also need to do the same thing for documents viewed in the Workflow
Open a document in a workflow then use the "View" drop-down menu to select "Actions" and "Properties".
