Searching for Documents
- Log into Experience on any browser: https://imaging.cmich.edu/experience/#login
NOTE: While using Experience, do not use the browser’s Back Icon. Instead, use the Experience Back Button.
The home page should look like this:
If it doesn’t look like this, click on the H in the top left corner.
- From the Home Page, select Documents
- Select a View / Filter. You should see a list of your Views and Filters (just like the client) on the left side of the browser window:
- Expand a View by clicking the arrow to expose the Filters (both public and private). In this example, I’m using days created within a Public Filter
- Enter the criteria to filter your search results then hit Enter, or click OK. The results will display in the Experience Document Viewer Grid View
- Double click the desired document to open it in the Experience Document Viewer / Page Viewer
By default, you’ll see thumbnails on the left side (not actions) and Properties on the right side
From here, based on your rights in Perceptive Content, you are allowed to Edit, Save, Annotate, Add Pages, Send as an Email (link ONLY- no option to send as PDF), Add to Workflow, and View Workflow History
