Perceptive Content: Error - Toolbars Moved or Missing

Error

From time to time, end users occasionally can either have accidentally moved their Toolbars or can no longer see one of the Toolbars.

Cause

All the Toolbars should be at the top. They can actually be drug-off to a different screen all together.

Solution

1. You can physically drag them back into place (not very easy, depending on if you can see them)
2. Possibly the easiest way to do this is to rename c:\users\"GID of the User"\Appdata\roaming\imagnow\indocviewer7.1.xml to indocviewer7.1-old.xml then log out of Perceptive content and back in. That causes the server to reinstall the indocviewer7.1.xml with toolsbars in place.
