NOTE: These steps require local administrator privileges. If you are not an administrator on your computer or do not feel comfortable installing or configuring software, please contact the Help Desk for assistance.
If Perceptive Content is not already installed, please refer to the Perceptive Content: Desktop Client Install / Upgrade article.
Modify Existing Installation Using Installer (Recommended)
- Navigate to \\imagenow-prd\client\current
- Right-click the ClientSetup_xxxx.exe file, and select Run as administrator
- If prompted with a User Account Control (UAC) confirmation, click Allow
- Click Next
- Select Modify then click Next
- At the custom setup screen, click the down arrow next to ImageNow Printer and select This feature will be installed on local hard drive
- Click Next
- Click Install
Manual Printer Installation (Not Recommended)
- Navigate to \\imagenow-prd\client\PrinterFiles
- Copy the file ImageNowPrinter.zip to the desktop
- Unzip the file
- In the unzipped directory, run SetupImageNowPrinter.exe as Administrator
