Perceptive Content: Capturing Documents Using Single-mode Scanning

Body

  1. On the Perceptive Content (ImageNow) toolbar go into Settings > Options then select Toolbar from the left-hand column and then select the Defaults tab

 
  1. Set the default application to the application that you want to scan into and select OK

 
  1. Place the document you are scanning, top-up, dace down into the top of the scanner

 
  1. Go and hit the Capture button to begin scanning documents

 
  1. A window will appear, make sure this is set to the right capture profile and click OK

 
  1. On the next window, fill out the appropriate information regarding the scanned document and click Capture

 
  1. Another window will appear showing what ImageNow picked up when it scanned the document. Check to make sure that everything scanned and click the Save button in the upper left-hand corner of the screen. It will be a floppy disk icon

 
  1. The window will close and you should be able to find the document you scanned under the drawer you scanned it under in Documents
