Perceptive Content: Capturing Documents via ImageNow Printer

NOTE: In order to print into Perceptive Content, the application must already be open.

1. Click the down arrow next to Applications

 

• Choose the application you want to print to by right clicking on it in the drop down menu and selecting Set as Default Action
  • ​​​​​​​Example in this case, the FM-Projects application plan was selected

 

2. Go into the document you are printing into Perceptive Content and select the ImageNow Printer

 

3. Print the document(s) to the ImageNow Printer as you would a regular printer
    
4. When prompted to, select ImageNow Printer - Single Mode and click OK

 

5. Fill in appropriate information and select the correct document type you need and click Capture

 

6. On the next screen, make sure all of the appropriate information is correct on the right side of the screen and click on Save
    
7. Select the down arrow next to Documents and select the project that you printed into

 

8. Your document should appear in the list of other documents
