NOTE: Perceptive Content must be open while attempting to print into the ImageNow printer.
- Open the document in SAP that you want to print and click Print
- When the Print Screen List appears, enter GWIN for Output Device and press enter
- In the Windows Printer drop-down list, select Microsoft XPS Document Writer
- Click the green arrow button
- After clicking the green arrow, a screen will appear allowing you to save your document onto the computer. Save in a location that you will remember
- Go to the ImageNow toolbar and select the down arrow next to Applications
- Go to the project the you will be printing into, and right click on it. Then select Set as Default Action
- Now that the default profile is set, go back into Documents (on your computer, not in ImageNow) and go to the document that you just saved in step 3
- Right-click and select Print
- When prompted to select a printer, select the ImageNow Printer
- After selecting the ImageNow Printer, click on Print
- After clicking Print, a window labeled ImageNow Print will show up
- Make sure that ImageNow Printer – Single Mode is selected and press OK
- A window will appear labeled Proposed Keys. Fill out the proper information for the different fields and press Capture
- After clicking Capture, a screen will show up letting you choose what project to save into. Make sure the right project is selected in the drop down box on the right side of the screen. Then, verify that the correct information is being displayed below the drop down box then click on the Save icon, which looks like a floppy disk. The document being saved in the screenshot will be different from the document that you will be saving
- After pressing the Save button, go under Documents on the ImageNow toolbar
- Find your project from the list of projects on the left and click on it. Your document should be in the list of documents that show up
