Perceptive Content: Linking Documents with Manual Method

  1. This is possible to do by either printing into ImageNow from another program or, scanning from Perceptive Content itself. In this case, the print method will be used

 
  1. After printing to the ImageNow printer, you will arrive at a window that allows you to select a capture profile. Select a batch capture profile and click OK

 
  1. Go into Batches on the toolbar and find your document, double click on it to open it. If it does not appear right away, click the Refresh button

 
  1. Mark all pages as OK. The document will close

 
  1. Double click your document again to open it back up and then open the corresponding program that you wish to link your document to (usually this happens with SAP)
     
  2. Click the key icon to link your document. Next to the key, it will say Link this Page
