Perceptive Content: Viewing Document Properties

- Click Documents on the ImageNow toolbar
- Select the document that you wish to find the properties of
- Close to the top of the screen, there will be an i (as in info) with a blue circle around it; this button will be used to show the properties of the document (Or you can right-click on the document and select properties)
- The properties window should look like the image shown below
- Documents with multiple pages will have their pages shown on the left-hand side of the screen under Document
- By clicking on one of the pages that show up under document, information such as the File Type and File Size can be viewed under the Page tab
- Under the Source tab, Source and Source ID can be viewed
- There are different properties when a document is in a project
- There are different properties in the General tab
- There is also another tab for Custom Properties. This will display certain values that may be unique to a certain project
- The properties when viewing a document in a workflow will be different
- The Details tab will reveal all of the information about queues, routed dates and other information such as status
- In the History tab, there will be a list of all the activity of that document in its workflow
